Three month project in partnership with Tech4Germany and the German Ministry of Finance to develop a human-centered, digital solution for the income tax returns for pensioners. Applying design thinking, service design and agile methodologies to address a whole user journey and inspire project partners to approach challenges and projects differently.
My role as a design fellow was focused on user research and testing, designing and facilitating workshops and retrospectives, collaborating with the other design fellow on UX/UI decisions and driving the vision for a wider service design concept/proposition.
